Design Quality:
I'm use to seeing a navigation bar somewhere towards the top of the site. It's different seeing links to everything on the left hand side of the screen but that's not a bad thing. It's just different than what I'm use to. I also like the fact that you can minimize it by clicking on the little icon between it and the search feature, in case people want to do so. But it does help make things easier to find when you have the links to everything and they are clearly visible to the users and even guests who visit your site. I also like that you have the search feature there at the top in case users/guests still can't find what they're looking for.

Originality:
I know there are sites out there that try to help people with finding a job but your site does it on a broader scale than some sites. Plus, your site lets people actually talk to one another rather than just letting someone fill out an application or send in a resume`. I just like the fact that your site goes about things differently with helping people to find a job. One thing I would like to see is maybe adding an "About Me" to your site just so guests will know what to expect when viewing your site for the first time. I get the gist of your site but an "About Me" would be a little bit more informative and would give people information about your site without having to spend time wondering around your site just to figure out what the niche` is or what services/products you're offering. I know you probably want people to wonder around your site but most guests won't stay on a site more than a minute or two (literally). So you basically have about 60 to 120 seconds to impress your guests enough to sign up before they leave.

I'll keep in mind your recommendations and will keep improving the quality of the platform and it's features. Most of all, I tried to make it functional, but with a nice and pleasent design, flexible enough for an easy user navigation and really different from all you've seen in that niche. So, I am glad you've noticed that 🙂
