Just curious on a ballpark range of my value

I know these topics get made, and most of them are for no good reason, but I've considered letting go of my forum, it's just changed so much from what i originally intended and not sure how much longer I can go on with it's current state; and I'm not sure if I should hand it over to someone trusting or just plain out sell it.

The domain name itself is a PR5,

over 2,000 members, 150,000 posts,

I'd be happy if I got at least $5 for it.

But, seriously, what would I be looking at. In a rough ballpark range.

I've never used ads or anything. I don't like them on my forum. only thing i have done, was exchanged or sold links to other forums, as you see at the bottom in the footer.

Also, traffic is important. Do you have traffic stats? Is it consistent, increasing, decreasing?

Without any of that, I'd say around $1500 to $2500 by just looking at posts and members, plus the PR5.

Lol... I'd give you $5 for it in a heartbeat. I would say that dotdavid's guestimate looks pretty accurate. Forum looks pretty active.

If you did want to sell it I would monetize it a bit and then look at fliippa.

No reason why you shouldnt get quite a bit more, if you could develop a revenue stream!
