I’ve been lazy tonight and have been made myself a Kraft Dinner’s Mac and Cheese. I know it’s not very healthy, but once in a blue moon, it’s okay I guess, no?

It is okay as you mentioned, pot/ramen noodles are good as heck but due to primarily absurd salt contents they are also not religiously good for you.

If you can't help yourself to making fresh foods, frozen raw inridgents are the way to go. Vegs and fruits are fine if not even in some respects better than the fresh stuffs (espeically if it out of season/can't be grown where you are).

Even if you are stuck with the microwave just fill a dish with a bit of water and cover and use as a steamer for them and you are good to go with seasoning them from there!

Does not hurt to have something like that, It's not like you are eating it every single day, also you would get sick and tried eating the same food day by day. We all have something that's sweet and nice to get our taste spuds into 🙂

So much trash food though, I try to get good healthy food but at times it's always eating the same each day week by week and since the covid, just not the same.

I like Mac N Cheese. Nothing wrong with a good old classic. Sometimes I don't want take out or good old southern cooking. Sometimes a tv dinner or something as simple as that makes me happy.
