Due to hosting costs, my forum is closing.. And I would like to merge with another forum meaning all of my active members (15-20) would come to your forum. My only requirements would be;

I would be allowed admin.
My users could import previous active topics from the old board.
Role play section added.
SMF prefered.
Small-medium board with less than 200 ACTIVE MEMBERS!
I must be able to suggest changes and/or adopt my layout of boards.
Adopting my theme would be a plus.
I will help with hosting costs.
