Thought about this as I was preparing my lunch for work tomorrow earlier tonight. What's your least favorite ingredient to work with while cooking?
For me, I'd have to say it's the onion. Don't get me wrong, I like onions! I do not, however, enjoy the burning sensation in my eyes that I get every time I cut one. Even the different techniques I've found online that I've tried haven't helped, and I usually have to stop cutting or stop preparing my meal for a few minutes until I can cry it out.
