Today is a fast paced world. A lot of people forget about health because of a busy lifestyle. It's true that health is wealth and there's no excuse for taking it for granted. Proper diet means you don't have to eat less or skip meals. You have to eat right. The problem nowadays is that we don't eat foods anymore. We eat food-like products such as fast food meals and processed foods. Proper diet includes energy-giving foods like staple foods, fruits and vegetables which contain vitamins and antioxidants, body building foods that contain protein, and foods that are rich in healthy fatty acids. They should be balanced in your diet.
Appropriate Exercise
Appropriate exercise should be done at least three times a week, one hour each day. Do it moderately and consistently. Don't hurt yourself. Have a balanced exercise program and strength training. This helps maintain weight. Consult a fitness trainer first if you are not sure of the workout you're about to do.
Right Supplements
Lastly, the right supplements should be included in your health regimen. The nutrients that we get from the food we eat today are not enough. The nutrients have already depleted during farming and transportation. More nutritive spoilage happens when we cook foods. We obviously need to cook because we can't eat raw foods, right? This is the reason why supplements are made. The purpose of supplementation is to bridge the nutritional gap.
