I see the image now. If you could change the font in the slogan to a text that's a little more professional looking. Possibly even size down the length a little more.

I am looking a little more for a logo, not so much a banner as well. Something with a brandable image in it possibly.

I very much like this one. As noted before, could you possibly size the length down a bit? As my layout has a spot for a small banner advertisement on the right side when I choose to have that available.

Also, maybe on the bottom part of the L make it the same blue as the B? Possibly highlight the L a little better in it?

Better Slogan? Your Unbiased News Source? What's your take? You think that sounds better?

Make those changes and I might end the contest early. 🙂

That's the problem, I'm kind of newer to this so I don't even know to be completely honest with you. Is there an editing software tool that's free that I can resize myself later on without completely distorting the logo?

Not only editing, there is a software in which you can make professional logos too. But you will require a little knowledge to operate it. GIMP
