A good solution is downloading Origin by EA. its free, then open " Age of Empire(s) inside Origin. Be sure to set up an account on Twitch, then link it to your Origin account. One you do that, all you have to do is play, when your down, log on to twitch and upload your gameplay on youtube! It is free and easy, I do it all the time. Good luck!

http://www.fraps.com/download.php it's free, and only 2.2MB to download. It works for Windows 7 and other versions of Windows.

Supports all modern CPUs
(Pentium 4 and above with SSE2)

Captures fastest with an NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon graphics card

Nothing is easy with Origin.

I have heard only good things from dxtory

Quick Time 🙂

Re: Looking for a screen recoder to record game Age of Empir

The Apple Mac version of Quicktime might have a Screen recorder according to http://www.sampletheweb.com/2009/09/04/ ... ur-iphone/

But, I think there is no Quicktime screen recorder for Windows.

Fraps, is probably the best screen recorder for recording games because Fraps is only 2MBs in size to download, and it uses very little system resources according to its website at http://www.fraps.com/download.php

Re: Looking for a screen recoder to record game Age of Empir

If you are willing to spend a bit I'd highly suggest FRAPS as it records full screen games such as age of empires, LOL, ect.

Re: Looking for a screen recoder to record game Age of Empir

There is also a free version of FRAPS at http://www.fraps.com/download.php , but the $37 version of FRAPS let you to record as long as you like , and perform full-size recording with no watermarks on your screen capture videos.

FRAPerroni. Or Fraps. It's great. Like everyone said, it is worth the money.

Re: Looking for a screen recoder to record game Age of Empir

I'd go for Fraps. It is pretty reliable. 😉

Re: Looking for a screen recoder to record game Age of Empir

Thanks for your help, I'll test each of them

Isn't that a player than a recorder.
Personally I hate Quick Time.

As froggyboy604 said, the Apple Mc version of QuickTime has a Screen Recorder option.

OBSProject.com
Try using it with either screen capture or game capture, Yes the program is for live streaming but you are able to make it only record to a file.
