Looking to buy a forum and convert the software. (FP$)

I'm looking to buy a forum with my FP$. It could basically be anything, as long as I can convert it and I have the rights to. I'm also looking to keeping many of your staff and you if you choose to sell the forum to me. Any offer is open currently, domain or not (I have a generic .net domain if you aren't on one now).

Oh, and if you're asking WHICH forum software I'm looking to convert to, it will be IPB 3.0. I own a license and am looking to use it.

I'm not sure many people will sell you a forum for FP Cash unless that forum is a free-host with hardly anything on it.

To be fairly honest, I don't mind buying a Zetaboards forum or whatnot. I just need something that's starting up, that's all.
