I recently blocked hotmail addresses, as we got an influx of adbots from that email. If you PM me a different email, then I could get that fixed.
 
Do you have a hotmail.uk address? As it only blocks hotmail.com addresses.

Right tried to activate my new email and it just sends me right back to the change email screen.
 
Yeah, that's the silly thing. Just PM me here what your hotmail.uk address is, and I can fix it for you in the admin CP.
