Need feedback on the design for my site

Hey guys, recently I've been working on the new theme for my website (the old one was hideous!). The new theme is something I actually somewhat proud of, as I've never been able to make an aesthetically-pleasing design (I lack the "designer's" eye).

But, as usual, there can definitely be some small touch-ups to improve the design. So I ask of those who are good with design and know what can improve my design, could you please give me feedback?

• Is there a better place to put the vote icon?
• Footer - I'm curious if it could be/should be improved

Overall I think the site looks plain, it's just a few simple boxes and colors. You could try spicing it up a little and making it look a bit more like bigger RS sites such as RuneLocus and any other examples, the brown/orange color you have added also looks horrible. You should consider wiping that color off completely. You should also allow server owners to add a banner onto their "promotion", they will then have a bigger chance of looking more attractive on the front page; rather than just boring old text. 🙂

I think its good but one thing its plain and why don't you put capitals for the navigation bar.

There is no brown color on my website? Most other people enjoy the color. And plus, this is a toplist; the design needs to be plain. There's absolutely no reason to add stuff to the theme that causes a bunch of clutter. The theme focuses on the main priority, and that's the servers.

Firstly, thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it. 🙂

Regarding the color: What exactly would you advise? A lot of people like the orange color, it's very nice mixed with white (but aren't most colors? ;p). If you could provide specific details on this, that'd be helpful.

Regarding banners: I do want to offer banners, but I'll need to find a good size for them and a good spot. I'll probably add a minimum requirement (e.g: votes) for server owners to add banners.

Sweet, I will definitely get to work on these.

I guess I have no choice but to change the colors of the theme. I assume everyone agrees on blue? Because really that seems to be the most popular color.

Exactly! That's why I need you guys to suggest anything if you can think of it.

The only thing I can think of is my RSPS has more statistics than anything, which I'm still improving.

I really like the header, I will most definitely implement that. I appreciate the feedback once again, it's helping me improve my site bit by bit. 🙂

That was unintentional. I was messing around with the FireFox inspector and when I centered the nav bar, it also effected the content below it.

Well this feedback doesn't help me out too much. Please give me more specifics on what could be changed. The website is simple and easy to navigate. There doesn't need to be a cluster of unnecessary items.
