That is quite an interesting mascot. What's the story?

I have had my hand trying to promote my website but I am nowhere as neat as that.
The one in my signature is kind of outdated, but for what it was at its time, I think it worked well.
If I make something up. I'll try to remember to bring it here. Haha.
