I am a package team leader on PB and looking for a way to improve the service I have been PTL leader 3 days now and I have done free packs for new members. Any other ideas? Ta guys 🙂

What exactly are you looking to improve? I think since you have just started it may be more important to learn the ropes, get to know fellow team members, and make sure the regular job is done without hitch before you do special offers.

First of all, I think that you need to become friends with your team members. You depend on them and on their efficiency. You should pay much attention to the quality of the posts. Also, try to be active and communicate with them because no one wants a Team Leader who is silent.
In addition, you should not complete many packages. Your primary job is to manage the team, not to complete packages. In my opinion, putting some pressure on them could make you understand who is determined and who is not. You could easily understand this if there was a backlog.
Finally, the ideas that you are looking for depend on the needs of your community. If your members are interested in the number of the posts and not in the quality, you should increase the amount of the posts. 🙂

To echo what both Phio and Mr. Panos said, first off it's best to get familiar with your team members before diving into anything else. Free service weeks are great but only if you have a very active team that can help you complete each package in a timely fashion. Members wouldn't want to request packages if they see a huge back log. It doesn't look good for you or the forum. For now I would just focus on your team and see how they are doing. 🙂 If you see an inactive team member it's best to try and get in contact with them and see if they respond back. It's also best to read the feedback that members are posting about specific packages, because you'd also want a team that can deliver high quality posts. Good luck with your team, hope everything works out well for you and your crew! 😀
