I actually believe it has expanded. Way more people use it now.

Back in the 1990's alot of people created pages, chatted, and gotten
involved with the Internet. The past few years it's been either sex,
porn-based spam, or people too afraid to do things and share links.

Why do people not want to take a fun role, but use common sense?
It would allow the Internet to expand.

I mean how people assume that alot of people online are either
pervs or criminals.

They only assume that in chat rooms cuz most of the time they are.

And it was only in the mid-late 90's that the internet flourished.
