Also, about picking staff. You should pick people who you feel you could trust to be a good staff member. Don't just pick people to have staff...Pick people so you can have a GREAT staff.

A staff position should be something that is earned through trust and respect of the rules, it shouldn't be something that members should earn after being on the site for a certain amount of time. I really like your background, however I don't think the color of the bars around the subforums match it. Try changing it to a darker color. Other than that, good luck!
