I voted for Cincy. NowItsCheaper takes longer to load, has images missing from the sidebar, and no real valuable content (a copied news post and two posts asking people to register for a newsletter and register for the forum).

I don't like the way CincyForums is set up but at least it has content when you find it. 🙂

I think you will find that the forum has a lot of content if you had read the post it said that the homepages were still under construction.
