Probably a 3. I mean, the banner doesn't match the skin, plus the skin is downright terrible, and why is the domain "mangacenter" when it's called "iManga?"
Plus it's free hosted, and I hate free hosted forums. But that's just me. 😛

Okay as a former IPBfree user I can be honest with you.
That skin is way to wide and ugly.
Your banner looks like it was made in paint.net or even paint.
There is nothing to great about it for me to join it.
Oh and no custom icons 🙁.

I give it a 0/10. Sorry I am not trying to be mean but the skin is horrible, the host is horrible, the first thing I see is the ad, the domain is http://mangacenter.ipbfree.com/ instead of being http://imanga.ipbfree.com/, and there is only Ed in the banner more Anime characters. Also your forum has been open for at least a moth or 2 but you only have 673 posts. I have run a Anime/Manga forum and have got up to 5,000 posts in 2 months.

When i came to your forum, I was expecting to find more information about manga.
Like the types of manga, History, Etc
I got disapointed.
Infact there is nothing to find about manga, Only anime. Do you know the difference?

As for the forum style. It doesnt support less wide resolutions.
And the color 'Blue' is to overwhelming. The background is blue, The header is blue, Containers are blue.

@Relmitos: Anime is more popular than manga @ the moment, so you'll have to wait. Also, have you visited Manga boards? It's all about anime.

Most forums about 'Manga' don't interest me at all.
I'm sorry but your one of them. I do like anime alot, I watch the 'Anime' series of naruto and bleach every week. And i already finnished watching most of the shows online. Except for the ones that are still on air.

I advertise on every forum I can and did lot of other advertising. No I didn't have a domain. When I oped the forum I had about 2 hours to work on the forum & adverting but after 2 and half month I had to give it up because I hanging out with my friends more and didn't have time for it. Also when I give up on the forum I said goo bye to forums which lasted about 8 months.
