Oh my gosh, all the links in that first post (lol); just about blinded me. Kidding. Change the logo and I think you'll be pretty good. The logo blends into the background and can't really be seen with that blue writing. Otherwise, I think the forum looks great. Congratulations on your post milestones. I wish you luck with it.
 
I think you're definitely off to a great start! You have a wide variety of areas to talk in which is a big plus because it's also not TOO much which is really possible to do. 😛

I agree with Teg about your banner/logo it blends with the background a bit. 🙂
