I am really interested to fixed cost, CPC can be decreased by bot click and CPM can be decreased by traffic exchange so some of views, clicks are generic traffic and in fixed cost you pay a fixed price for week promotion or month promotion so CPM or CPC from generic traffic doesn't cost you money.
