I visited your site. It looks really professional. You have interesting categories with a good content. It would be better if you could create an image for the logo. I have noticed that you are trying to make your forum a success and this is very good! Offering many things to to the winner is very impressing, especially for a new forum. Keep being innovative!

Well, I saw the Designr style, so I'm used to it being a design forum 😛 But logo is very off putting.
 
Its very white. You need some pops of color in there to draw the viewers eye. You also need a logo. Remember that your forum is a brand, and your logo must define your brand. You want it to be exciting.
