Question Package Completion Feedback

Hello FP! A time not so far in the past each package request ended in soliciting feedback from the member that requested the package.

Currently, this does not exist, and I want to know, do you want a direct line to provide feedback that isn't just through the Community Matters forum?

If you are unfamiliar, we have done the following (to the best of my memory).

1. Added a link in the final steps of the package request to a feedback thread
2. Same as #1 but instead users put feedback in a form
3. PTL would reach out directly to the package requester for feedback

If memory serves me correctly, I think the most success was had when there was a link added to take you to the feedback thread at the end of your package request? Maybe that could be done again?

Was something I was considering again. At some point I believe it was deemed not very valuable but giving the option seems ideal to me.

I am curious if any other members have feedback on bringing this back.
