A while ago now I created my PayPal Fees Calculator website as I found a hole in the market that needed plugging as PayPal, strangely enough, don't have one. I worked hard on researching all the various fee rates and on putting them together into one very useful calculator. I was rewarded by lots of organic traffic from relevant search queries for which I appeared on the first page (one of the beauties of being original!). Unfortunately, quite recently in fact some thieving little devils have stolen my content and published them on the web. In Google's recent algorithm update my website got dropped to below page 3 and the thieving little blighters grabbed my spot on the first page. I fail to understand why because my traffic was organic, my SEO was 100% white hat, and my content was original. I do not deserve to be penalised if they have indeed penalised me.

It angers me to know that there is absolutely no way whatsoever to get hold of Google. I am fighting a constant battle with hosting providers to get the stolen content removed and have resorted now to filing DMCA complaints which, by law, they have to action upon. Every time the content gets removed the webmaster goes and reuploads it somewhere else and, in some cases, they use a hosting provider in an offshore location like Indonesia where DMCA laws do not apply! And yet they still rank higher than me in Google using my content! It's clear they stole it as not only do I know it but the DMCA content scanner tells me! It's clear as crystal that they copied my work.

In the last two weeks I have lost thousands of visitors (yes, THOUSANDS!) and my Adsense earnings which were previously very decent are now nothing but a scrap of pennies! I'm not in this for the money, though, any earnings just help to pay costs. But I will not stand by and watch as people rob me of what is rightfully mine and, even worse, BENEFIT from that robbery!

Strangely I always thought that orignal content always gets the best result and since yours is orignal how can it effect you? usually the copy sites are penalized and as for google the only way you can contact them is through community forum. They have some users who can guide you in best option with removing such sites.

I just found something it might or might not be useful to you but ill share it anyhow!

if the site that stole your content and are having adsense enabled you can eaisly remove them with help of google https://support.google.com/legal/answer ... sense&rd=2 click on submit a legal request!

I've been asking the same question...I cannot figure it out. 😕

Even if they go to a country where DMCA Laws don't apply, you can send DMCA requests to Google to get the links removed and Google is based in a place where the DMCA applies.

Have you linked your Google+ profile to your website. That is the only way I think to tell Google that you were the author of the content.
Could you post a link to your website and the person stealing your content so we can have a better look at it.
