How do you know that? :?

phpBB3 doesn't show you which account voted for who (unless there is a mod for it) so it would be impossible to tell which votes were from multiple accounts and not. I, for one, voted for Victim and I'd assume others haven't revealed who they voted for, hence it's impossible to tell who actually won with 'real' votes
