First Impressions - (Out of 20)
For the first time visit to your website, I feel as if I am in the mountains! That logo jumps out at you at first sight. Beautiful logo along with the style that makes it a snowy mood. Now that defiantly fit’s the ski website you created for sure. The little skier icons are fantastic as well. Great first impressions, I must say I am impressed. I will score you a 20 easily.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
From the logo to the bottom of the forum, I noticed no advertisements. I understand there are Google Advertisements, but they are after the forum. So I am defiantly saying that is a major plus! You placing the advertisements at the bottom for anyone who may be interested is something I believe almost all forums should start doing! No more annoying ads at the top, and to not only have the Advertisements at the bottom of the forum, you have them matching the forum style, Awesome job on the advertisements. Ads can be one of the biggest turn offs in a forum, but you have managed to make it a lot better for you and your members. For your forums and categories everything is organized fairly well. There are few forums so it is hard to be unorganized, anyhow, I will score you a 20 on your site layout as I truly fill everything just comes into place.

Your forum started on “28 May 2008”, which is about 7 months from the creation of your forum. You have the following: Total posts 838 • Total topics 269 • Total members 95. For being open for lets say 6 months, giving you 1 month for creating the forum, even still your statistics are very bad. With the amount of time your forum has been open to the amount of members you have, that is not good at all. Next you have this displayed: Activity over the last 24 hours

Having no new post or topics within 24 hours with 95 members is a shame. Half of your members range from a total amount of post from 0-5 post. Let alone yourself only having 53 post. I am sure that you are now acknowledging that your site lacks activity, and I do not want to keep going on how bad things are, and start working on some solutions to your activity issues. First of all, you yourself have to become more dedicated and contribute more to the community. Once you begin posting and starting discussion, it will allow newcomers and existing members to become involved in the forum when they comment your topic. It will encourage them to create topics and so on. After you become active, I would advise you working on getting some packages from forum promotion to boost your activity, along with encouraging members to post and create there own discussion. It all comes down to your dedication for the forum. Please work on activity.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You do have a good amount of staff members helping you manage the site, so that is a plus. Only bad part about the staff members is that they only average about 0.16 posts per day along with 1.17 posts per day. I do not want to get back into activity, as we already talked about how to overcome the activity issue, but if your staff members are not active, then how can they be moderating the website. It does not look good on your behalf to have inactive staff members. Overall, I’ll score you a 10 for having a good amount of staff members along with what it appears great people, but the fact they all lack activity is not good.

When it comes to spelling on your forum, it is not an issue. All your forums and descriptions seem to be spelled correctly. Overall for Grammar, I will score you a perfect 20! As it does not appear there are any major spelling or grammar issues. Good Job!

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? Improve on the sites activity. No one wants to join a forum that no one is contributing to. It is like being on a mountain all alone, how fun is that? I hope you understand my reasoning for the activity issue, and I wish you the best of luck!
