He never said. He was asking if there was anything better then GoDaddy or should he use GoDaddy.

I used GoDaddy and the only think I don't like about it is that you have to pay for privacy.

Ive never paid for privacy. If I dont pay for that can they sell my domain?

If you don't pay for privacy then person can use Whois to look up the domain and find information (Such as your real name, where you live, etc) about the owner of the domain.

I don't bother with it... doesn't matter if they know who owns the domain. Worst thing people can do is prank call you all the time (and then you block their number).

But as Ghost said it doesn't really matter, my name, address and phone number are listed in the phone directory and such...
