Promotion Clerk and Some other sites

Well yesterday I went to the doc to check my knee and well I need to get surgery. But the bad part about it is that I will be in the hospital for 1 month and they wont have internet and i wont be able to go to a Internet Cafe. Therefor I might consider selling the following sites:

PromotionClerk - $40+ to be honest its a well setup site with quite decent activity, i wouldn't sell on here though put it on Flippa.

http://adminsforum.org/ - $5 has hardly any activity doubt anyone will really buy it.
