Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
My first impression of the site was a, "Wow!". It looks great, the colors don't clash and the appearance is magical. I like the friendly atmosphere and how the colors fit together in a way that is pleasurable to the eyes. Great job! The theme also looks as if it may be custom and that is just super!
Although this all looks great, could I suggest lowering the size of your menu icons a bit, and the typical myBB, "Hello Guest!" could be modified. Also the underlining of your category titles is unnecessary.

Site Layout
I see you have four categories, the first being the category with Announcements, Introductions, Feedback, and Award Requests. This is fine as it is, although might I suggest that you create a new forum called, "Member Services", and have Feedback and Award Requests as the sub forums. This is just a suggestion, but it will make your forum look less full if you do this. Your, "Promotion Venue Services" category is very cool, as your site depends on whether or not the requester has filled in their website details in the UCP. I've never seen this before and am Wowed by it. You're extras category is fine and I don't see anything wrong with it, except for maybe activity, but that is for later in this review. Good job! :great: You're "Random Discussion" category looks quite active and a fun place to be. I don't see any problems here. Good job...once again!

Statistics and Activity
For being open about a month, you're statistics are nicely growing. Good job! Keep it up and you will be on your way to the hallway of fame! Some of your forums could use a bit more activity, as I see in some forums 1 post, and 1 topic! You as an administrator should be posting at least 2 topics a day. Do this and you're forum will be benefiting nicely in a fair amount of time. Keep up the good work! 53 members in about a month is a great raise of activity, keep up the good work into the 100's and even 1000's!

Staff Moderation
You have one administrator, one Site Dev member, one Head Moderator, and one Service Team member. I see nothing wrong with the ST member or the SD member, but the Head Moderator isn't really necessary for such a small forum, unless it clashes with a time zone and it is needed. I'd say remove the Head Moderator and hire him at a later date. Being overloaded with staff doesn't help much when trying to run a forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Wow! I see absolutely nothing wrong with your spelling, grammar, or professionalism. It looks as though you were born to do this! Awesome job! Keep up the good work Dan, and you will be high on your way to the top! (Although you already are on you're way, I'm sure you knew that before you requested
😉)
