I'll agree in saying that they're "ok", i've seen much better plans elsewhere for free, not even a certain amount of posts required on your forum.

EDIT: Also, you may want to lower the minimum number of posts required for a while, it's going to be a little hard gaining 20 posts on an empty forum...

yes we support all great things we support php version 5.2.5, MySQL version 5.0.45, Perl, Fantastico De Luxe (lets you install lots of great software for your web site), we have cPanel version 11.17.0 we also have a feature that will let you build your site in cPanel called RVSiteBuilder. nd there are many more but i dont feal like typeing them lol
