Rate my hosting company design.

Looks aight, the green lime color is not of my liking. Other than the color, everything looks ok 🙂

I am also not a fan of the lime green color. I would recommend changing it.

The placement of box and text is okay, though I feel the color is rather dull. I have nothing against green though, and can't suggest something useful right now. I'm sorry. 🙁

I don't like it. If I had to rate it out of ten I would give it a 1.

1) The color scheme is bad. try http://flatcolors.net/palettes for some awesome color schemes. (Can download as photoshop .aco) (Self plug, sorry.)

2) Bevel is horrid. Don't use it or tone it down a bit.

2) Inner/outer glow on things is also horrid. Use inner shadow, 1px distance, set blend mode to "normal".

3) Font is too large and it's color is bad. Reduce the font size.

4) The texture/pattern you are using for your grid looks like my nan's wallpaper. Also any content you place in here will be hard to read and will distract away from the seemingly important content you will place in those boxes. If you desperately need to use patterns take a look at http://subtlepatterns.com for some popular and less wallpaper-y ones.

To be honest, it looks like something from the early 2000's. I would recommend looking at other pre-built templates to get ideas.
 
It does look a bit old and funky, so what I have done is scrap it and combined my other idea and went for a blue colour scheme.

This is still under construction but I think its ready to be shown and get some feedback on it.
 
Drop the bevels and reduce the font size on the menus.
