May I just point out that there are spelling errors in the footer. Also the prices are extremely high for how much space is being given.

That would be due to the amount of bandwidth given, however with the discount the price reduces.

See the issue with your host is that the disk space is very small. You are pretty much just giving people bandwidth.

Currently we are aiming for hosting clients that are hosting a starting out site. When we start to grow and gain income, we will gladly update our plans to more advanced ones.

Why should anyone trust this, everything I see is nearly free other then the domain, and perhaps the hosting.
I mean, the billing center is not even designed right. It is to the left while the bg is centered.
Many coding errors.
High Prices for a starting website.

Is this hosted on a custom VPS / dedicated server, or through reseller?

Not to be hard, just sayin.

ps. remove the down host, and the free hosting in your sig, and put yours there. It helps.

Austin01 what I suggest you do is rebuild your website. Shut it down and REBUILD! You really need to go over everything before you open a hosting company.

I'm not trying to be mean, I am just trying to help. Take my advice and see where you get.
