We WILL be getting cPanel within the next week or so. The reason we have no gotten it this weekend is due to some technical issues and they should be resolved shortly. We would also like to add, we will be adding a few new services to our load. This includes Resellers and VPS's, we will also be doing some plan revisions for our Shared offers.

You should really look over your terms of service, 50% of it is not in proper english:
"If your account has seen no cpanel logins or site activity, your account will be suspended and will be pending termination at the end of the term. You will have till the end of the term(month) to claim the account before termination. To claim an account, please summit a ticket to the sales department."
What about static sites, that means they cannot host them there...
Summit is supposed to be Submit I think 😉
Also other spelling mistakes throughout the document.

Not off to an incredibly bad start, but just a few suggestions...
As others have pointed out, get a new template. Themeforest (http://themeforest.net/) has a lot of great hosting templates for around $15 that can help you get your feet on the ground.
Your "Support" link should not go to a forum, that's completely and utterly unprofessional. It never hurts to have a community portal, but telling clients that your primary support is handled through a forum board is just... no.
Your "Billing" page is, frankly, crap. Your billing page is even where tickets are submitted, which is what you should be classifying as support to begin with. I'm not sure what you're using for as a billing/support system, but WHMCS (http://www.whmcs.com/) is an excellent out of the box solution for web hosting. Over the years of operating my hosting business and trying well over a dozen billing/support systems, WHMCS always comes out on top and is available for as little as $15/mo.
Your "Bandwidth Overage Protection" addon should be changed to just an additional bandwidth addon, with the option to purchase additional bandwidth in quantities of 5 or 10 GB.
If you're going to have a staff page, don't just add first names in a hierarchical list. Add photos, bios, etc.
Don't add a link to your control panel from your site's homepage. Sure, you may think it's convenient now, but fact of the matter is that 95% of your clients will never use it, or won't care that it's there. It also lets experienced website owners know that you only have one server, thus telling them that you are new and inexperienced. Just set your server up to add a DNS record for the control panel with the client's domain name (http://mydomainnamehere.com:7777) and include that information in the "Welcome" email. You did do good by adding a login area for the billing/support area thing though.

The long awaited new design has arrived and is live now. It's a sleek blue site with a fairly simple straightforward homepage. Our plans page is not fully completed as we are implementing new plans currently.
Furthermore, you can see two additional services that are not functional currently, but will be; VPS and reseller hosting. Along with this cPanel has been installed and is ready for everyone to use.

We have implemented another fun-feature, a new chat system! We would like to advise that it is still tagged as beta, but works perfectly fine. We will be getting a newer billing software within the next few weeks hopefully to better serve you.
On another note, our new services such as Resellers and VPS services are available when chatting with a sales member via chat. You may also submit a ticket if you wish.

Hello Austin. I think you should do what Mr. BreeZy says about sitting it down and rebuilding it again. We are not here to be mean but we arenonly here to help. Also, giving out a free plan or demo should help too. Anyways, good luck!
