There is a ranking system of five stages being, bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond, meaning higher up the tier= more benefits. You have the choice to redeem gift cards from shops like Itunes, Amazon, Steam etc. Or you can exchange your points for "Prepaid Visa" gift cards or "Paypal cash".
The cash out process to Paypal on this site is fast (received within 24hours). Customer service are quick to answer any questions also which is a good thing.
