I have a VPS and will offer to start hosting people once i get a website but i couldn't ofer those prices unless I knew there was quite a few people who was going to buy yearly hosting plans.

VPS servers are about £40 a month to run

Overselling, meaning you'll get suspended if you use too much bandwidth.

Same thing goes for HostGator, if you use too much/space bandwidth (like 50% of your plan) you get suspended.

Just checked the site and it sais UNMETERED disk space for the third package, is that even possible?

Its just overselling. Done a little bit overselling is OK and not much of a problem, in fact pretty much everyone oversells, but this is a bit to much, I don't see how you can last with those specs.
