Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has declared she will not run for the White House next year.

Mrs Palin said in a statement that the decision came after much thought, and that she and her husband, Todd, "devote ourselves to God, family and country".

The 47-year-old's announcement ends months of uncertainty over her plans.

What do you all think of this?

Who? I'm guessing this is something to do with America

Yes, one hint would be Alaska, and The White House. So, it is the U.S. 🙂

Never heard of those things..... 😕

awwww that's cute. She's going the whole "surprise!" route before she officially starts running next month.

Dang, and I really wanted to help her campaign by providing her with a few hundred million. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to give my money to Obama. Not really. 😛

I'm glad to hear it, although I'm not American, her running for President would scare me, she seems a little crazy and would be dangerous, possibly more dangerous than having George Bush Jr in office?

Even Margaret Thatcher wouldn't meet Sarah Palin when she visited the UK because she's crazy. 😛

Thank GOD for the rest of the world 🙂

It would probably be Glenn Beck or somebody like that.
