Your home page looks really nice, but it currently doesn't have much content at all except a link to your forum and your blog. There's really not much there to review. As for your blog, it basically looks the same as your forum. That being said, I'm only going to review the forum for now (full reviews are generally for forums only anyway). If you wish to request a follow-up quick review, I can mention your site.

Your Forum Review

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your banner at the top is really awesome. It suits your site, and it is really appealing to the eyes. The rest of your template is great as well. The images are magnificent! I'm not a big fan of the statistics and whatnot on the left hand side; most of them are already at the bottom of the forum, and whatever isn't could also be moved to the bottom. I think the side bars are just distracting. Other than that, though, your theme is amazing!

Looking at the rest of your forum, I see that you don't have any empty forums. That's great; empty forums make a board look very inactive. Your statistics also look decent at a glance.

Overall, my first impression of your forum was very positive!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout is concise and organized. However, the focus of your layout isn't quite on the forums that are related to the central theme. Your off-topic category has more forums than your sci-fi category. This problem can easily be fixed, though. I would recommend making your "Site Promotion" forum a sub-forum under your "Technology" forum. After that, I would recommend making a forum for Sci-Fi books in your "Sci-Fi" category. Then, rename your "Books" forum to "Non-Sci-Fi Books" and put it under the "Sci-Fi" category. It seems a little strange that you do not have a forum for Sci-Fi books. These changes will also make your layout more consistent and focused.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum receives an average of approximately thirty posts per day. You have eighteen posts for each of your two hundred and sixty-seven members. These stats aren't horrible, but there is still room for improvement. Your forum is nearly six months old, so post exchanges are of little value to you at this point. I would recommend signing up on movie forums, other science fiction forums, et cetera and posting around a bit wearing your site's signature banner. Some of these sites may even have advertisement sections where you can post a link to your site (just be sure you're following their rules, of course). Since you have many users registered, you may wish to send out a mass e-mail just to let all of your users to know that your forum is still running. In six months, it's possible that some users may have forgotten about your forum. Promotion forums may also be valuable to you. You may advertise your site through banner ads, text ads, et cetera. Assuming you can make a banner that is as great as the banner on your web site, prospective members may very well be attracted to the banner.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently employs three users. All of these users appear to be active, judging by posts per day. However, your staff members do not appear to do a good job of welcoming new members to the forum. I see many naked introduction topics (no replies). It's very important to welcome new members. If new members aren't welcomed by anyone, they won't feel welcome, and they may leave! Encourage your staff members to do this.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
You appear to have attempted to write descriptions that are creative for a few forums, but many of your descriptions are still bland and robotic. Writing descriptions that make your forums sound interesting is very important. Descriptions can tell members much of what they need to know about a forum. Many of the descriptions you have make your forums sound boring. Your descriptions don't have to be brilliant literary works, but you should at least try to make them sound original. Ubiquitous grammar mistakes also make your forum seem a bit unprofessional. Many of the grammar mistakes I see are capitalization errors. Common nouns shouldn't be capitalized in the middle of a sentence. The only nouns I see on your forum that need to be capitalized mid-sentence are "SZ," "TV" (not because it's a proper noun, but because it's an abbreviation), "Doctor Who," and "X-Files." All other words on your forum should not be capitalized mid-sentence. Also, be sure that if you're asking a question in your descriptions, you end the sentence with a question mark. I see other errors as well, but these are the most prominent. Proofreading your descriptions may help you identify the other errors. If you have any questions about fixing your grammatical errors, feel free to drop me a PM (I'm a grammar nerd).

Closing remarks: You have done many things well, but there are still some improvements that can be made.

Forum's strong points: Your theme is your forum's strongest asset.

Improvements to make: You need to improve your activity and your forum descriptions.
