It got 10 MOnths before re due.

I also comes with cpanel and it got 5 e-mails.

Pagerank is 0, there are very few inbound links to your site, the domain is extremely young (just over a month old) and the traffic to the site is so low that it's not even ranked in Alexa, (I've seen sites ranked at #25,000,000). The total package is worth nowhere near your £25 estimation.

What niche are your forum backups? I may be tempted to make an offer for those.
