To be quite honest, we don't see it yet. It doesn't take much for some psycho to start a shooting chain.

Population control works in ways like what the Spartans did - getting rid of the weak. Random shootings in places of more or less educated people is not population control. Laws like allowing only 1 child per family are effective(r) ways, can you really justify columbine this way? I mean think of if it happened at your school, completely different story, right?

Actually it does happen, but it is never big enough to make national headlines. Just a few weeks ago somebody brought a gun to a school near me, and had intent to shoot people. It never happened, but the story (of the kid bringing the gun to school) barely made local headlines. If he shot somebody do you think that it would suddenly jump to a national story?
