Should women's menstrual products be free?

Feminine products like pads and tampons should be free of charge. Women should not be charged for something they do not have a choice in nor should they be charged for going through a natural process of life. It is unethical to profit off of women by reducing their access to basic care.

What do you think? Should women's menstrual products be free?

Well, it was only in the last century that disposable products were "needed". If women went back to doing what was done for centuries, then they wouldn't need to keep buying things every month. There are also some other products that I'll spare you the info on...but those can be bought once and last for many years.

I am a firm believer that women's products should be free. We can't control what happens every month and we can't stop it. Seeing the price of some of the products now, it is wrong and feels like a punishment more than anything else for something happening to our bodies that is natural.

There are other options to use but some women don't always feel comfortable using other methods which is understandable and would much rather buy disposable options and I don't think they should be charged so much for that.

Yes,it should be free.

Tampons and disposables have become so expensive that some can barely afford to buy them.
Obviously we didn't sign for it,lol. So the least the society can do is to make it available for free for us.

I am not a girl, but most things that are "free" comes with a cost of something. I would rather know the cost of it is money.
There is no "right" answer to that.

I think it should be freely available in places where women with low income frequent often. Like, have a dispenser in the bathroom of the social welfare office. One in the bathroom in secondary school. With preferably a variety of choices, from reusable (washable pads) to disposable.

I am not a woman, but that would be a good thing, especially for developing countries, but we need to remember that most of these free goods have poorer quality than paid goods.

Be it developing or developed countries, I am in support that women's menstrual products be free. Currently, the price of these products are highly more painful than what we experience as cramps.

Someone like me prefer disposable because it's more comfy and I guess almost all the women prefer these disposable to the other methods too.

Absolutely, 100% they should be free. There are options out there, but there's no reason there can't be free options. Disposable pads and tampons should be available free of charge for any woman that needs them.
