What do you mean "the whole package"? They all can't apply to the same forum, as when SMF is installed, everything is XHTML Valid, and all MODs work on that theme. Please expand on the services you need.

Sorry, I'm not very good at reading minds yet.

On the default theme-between 500 and 800
On a custom theme-between 700 and 1000
Could be less depending on how many MODs you want.

What would you like in the template? Which template file? Which theme are you using?

I can do templates (work off a current theme), but I haven't done css much, as well as graphics, so I don't do custom themes yet.
