Family Guy - Hands down!
South Park is bold but in a retarded way.
Of course ... Aqua Teen Hunger Force is awesome. More so than SouthPark, even though I would describe it pretty much the same as Southpark.

Hmm.. that is a tough question for me.. I admit that I used to hate South Park when it first came out, but now that I realize that it is more or less a satire on today's society, and uses humor to make you think without being too over the top, then that was what swayed my opinion.
Though, for a cartoon, it is just a little gorey for my taste, and I don't find it to be as funny, as much as I find it thought-provoking.
However, I love Family Guy, because it, much like South Park, can be regarded as a satire (just not to the extent of South Park,) and although pointless and somewhat redundant it can be at times, when you are down, or are very stressed out, and are not in the mood to think about anything, but are in need of a good laugh, then that is where Family Guy would be the better choice over South Park.
That said, I like both but for different reasons.. ~cool~

Definitely Family Guy.
My friend made me watch the WoW episode of South Park once, and it was funny, but I just prefer Family Guy.

Both of their humour is different imo so can't be compared. But both are really good, although I watch family guy more since South Park is hardly ever on when I'm watching tv.
