I voted for Free Forum Ranks, tying them both at 13. Free Forum Ranks offers a very awesome service, giving out HQ web design for free. I liked the idea of Spam Heaven, but I think there are too many sections right now for such a new website.

It reminds me of a popular forum that I can't link here (TOS) and I like that, but Free Forum Ranks still gets my vote 🙂
