I was apart of ErrantWeb/Srvis for months and was happy. A few days ago, the server was apparently deleted by a staff member (not sure why they're deleting servers) and I lost quite a lot of content. I received a very low amount even though I had lost so much. I was then offered nothing else so I decided to move to a better and more reliable host.
Wouldn't recommend Srvis anymore. Maybe a month or so ago, but not now. The situation was dealt with poorly and I was only being offered more compensation if I stayed on the host (obviously wouldn't as it's too risky). I'm being told it won't, but too many issues have occurred while being on Srvis.
3/10 after my recent experience. Support wasn't helpful and kept repeating the same thing. Now I'm left with tons of content lost. Well done Srvis!

I am sad to say that this is 100% true. We lost a lot of content and hard work, and we got nothing to redeem our loss. Support is inactive and ineffective. To many good hosts to waste your time and money on Srvis. Beware, and I hope nobody gets into the same situation as us.Scotty123 said:

If you did not receive any compensation please contact us via support on our support system. One of our staff members will surely work something out with you.
We have made sure to prevent the issue that occurred from happening in the future and are still hosting over 1000 different websites on our shared hosting.
Our support tickets are always answered within a reasonable time-frame and we are currently looking for more staff members to add to our company to further lower our ticket response times.
