Starting today we will be backing up all cPanel accounts off-site. We will be ultilizing Amazon S3 web services. This will provide us with a fully redundant backup solution. We hope that this can put your mind at ease that we are protecting your data as reliably as we can. We are working on a lot of changes to our web-hosting solutions. You may have already noticed our new website builder with Drag-and-Drop functionality.
This is all about Srvis LLC staying commited to keeping your web-hosting #1 and making sure that your data is secure and cannot be lost. EDIT: I do not recommend their web hosting. I cannot access the script I have installed, and their support ticket is basically dead. I get a response saying they will get someone to talk to me as soon as possible, but it been a few hours now, and no one came to respond. I asked for my money back, then again, nobody was there. I do not know if this host is dead, but i want my money back.
EDIT: Just got a reply from someone in customer service, and thank god he replied! He/she explained the issue, and I am perfectly fine with that. I am cool now that I know what's going on instead of wondering if anything is going to happen. My suggestion to this web host to make sure they reply to tickets as soon as possible. Besides that, can't wait for the domain propagation to be over, and actually access my site.
