Well affiliate buttons for sure. For the header I would probly try to limit it to ~300x50 but maybe a bit bigger I would have to see it. The footer not so picky anything up to 500x100 would be ok.

Everything is of course negotiable as I try to be easy 🙂

Yep, if its at the top I may downsize it a bit(no more than 50%) but will make sure it still looks good.

My top ads go directly below the navigation links.
