Right this isn't my site just came accross it but I've tried it and it's pretty cool.

- make sure your website is online and functioning
- enter an e-mail and check your inbox after submission
- repeat the operation every 3-4 weeks but not sooner (you may get banned)

Engines/Directories: 140

Just a note: you may want to create a new email address or one you don't care about as some of the search engines may send you spam. Be patient as well as 140 is a lot to submit to and it may take a while.

I rather submit them myself to the most important search engines. like: Google (<< do not forget this one), Bing, Lycos, etc.

There is a mod available on simplemachines which automatically gets the forum noticed by 80 search engines ( known as spiders).

Cuil, google and yahoo are the main ones on my forum.

No there isn't.
There is one that lets you ID the search engines (as opposed to guests) and a custom Who.template.php that sorts the visitors by Guest, Bot and member.
