Pros:
The layout of your forum is pretty clean. The black and yellow make for an excellent combination. I see that you've made your forum open to just about all discussions, which is a good thing as pretty much everything is allowed.
Your forum has only been opened for 4 months, and you have over 2K posts, which is pretty good. This tells me your members are quite active. For your statistics, it says each day, your forum gets 17.74 posts, and 4.07 threads. That is really an unbalanced number. I would advise maybe creating more threads.
Cons:
From what I can see, your members have been becoming inactive when it comes to posting. Posts per member: 3.48
Replies per thread: 3.36
I'd of expected more posts from members on a forum of that size. I noticed you have at least 6 staff members. That is overkill. For your forum, I'd say maybe you plus a few mods, but 6? The only time I'd advise 6 staff members is if you have about 30 members per day logging in. Another point is, from the member's point of view, seeing so many staff members could be intimidating.
While I do like the colors of the forum, I think the banner is a bit too fancy. Mainly because where it says "A place to share n' discover", at first glance, I couldn't really tell what it said. Where the "welcome guest; welcome to our community", I would add a description there, a short brief one about the forum.
I'm not a big fan of the 'Sex & Abstinence' board, mainly because, in my opinion, it makes a forum look unprofessional and somewhat perverse to discuss things relating to sex. Even if there is no graphic discussions, it's best to hide the board from guests, and maybe add a description to the board saying 'all discussions are to be pg-13' or something of that sort.
Final/General Thoughts:
The colors of the forum are definitely a plus. If you fix a few minor things, your forum has a very good chance.

The over 2k posts. Not many forums can get that many legit posts. Good work.

The over kill of staff members.
