Telling Apple that text is text and not a phone number

I've got a page that is only ever seen on a device. Android plays nicely but Apple sees a membership number and tries to turn it into a phone number, it see Sep 16 and turns that into a hyperlinked date.

I can use css to disguise them but really, I'd just like to wrap something around them that tells Apple to leave well alone. Is there anything?

I don't think there would really be anything else. Unless you could somehow detect what the device is and then having something to disable the ability of the Apple device to convert to the date format or the phone number format, I wouldn't think it's possible. 🙁
