I'm currently in need of some suggestions for a color scheme for a forum that I'm making. It's going to be a role-play forum. Usually I would go with a dark theme, but I'd like to try my hand at a slightly lighter theme.

What colors do you guys recommend? I don't want it to be too light, but I don't exactly want it to be dark, either.

I've tried so many different color schemes for my new forum and none of them turn out good at all. It happens even when I try to go with a dark theme, which is what I'm more used to.

I'd like to incorporate white, gray (kind of a light gray) and blue, but each time I try it, it never turns out too well. I guess I'll just keep experimenting and checking back for any suggestions that any of you may have.

Fuchsia, blurple, and mahogany! I still say Pink, yellow, and purple though

Speaking of "blurple," my mother actually recommended blue and purple as the color scheme. It could work if done right. I might give it a shot and see how it goes.
