3 months ago, i tried an awards session with my members of only 22. Now, we're 112 members, and everyone is psyched up for this next awards ceremony.
we have almost 30 categories to nominate members for over the next 2 weeks.
then, after nominations, voting begins. and this is done through a ":hidden" poll. noonw sees who's been voted for, and noone knows who winning the vote counts, until the polls are locked.
We just began nominations today.
