As a guest I can see the VIP and staff forums (Even though there seems to be nothing in them).
 
The logo isn't showing anymore?
 
That is a big category for mental health and peer groups. Personally, I would’ve kept it simpler and more concise. The default theme is also MyBB’s default still. And if I can give another point of advice. Fill up all empty forums with a few threads. 🙂

I tried signing up and the Submit Registration button is stuck and won't let me click it.

Weird, you should be able to, clear you browsers cache then try again.
 
It catches it when I don't fill in the fields and try to press the Submit Registration button. But when I fill in the fields, pressing it does nothing. I also can't add a Referrer's name because it says Loading Failed.

I just tired to create a test account and ran into the same problems you did. Will work on fixing those issues.

Update: The issues has been fixes, you should be able to register now.

Good luck with the site! My advice would be downsize it initially as you have a total of 35 forums, 33 of them don’t have single post in them yet. It can be really difficult for a start up to fill all of those forums with quality content, it might be easier to merge and condense some of these together and then as you grow you can expand some of them out into their own sections.
 
I was able to successfully login and made some threads 🙂
 
I was meaning to register yesterday but the register button wouldn't work when I entered in my details 😂 I'll try again since @Katrina was able to register!

Thanks and I plan on working on downsizing after I fixed other issues first.
